Job Description Therapists are responsible for evaluations, establishing a patient's plan of care, and most importantly, specifically tailoring a patient's program to meet their specific and individual needs. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based rehabilitation programs to help athletes and active individuals recover from injuries and achieve their optimal physical performance.
