This is an excellent opportunity for a patient-focused clinician who is passionate about helping individuals improve mobility, function, and quality of life. Position Overview As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, provide skilled therapy services, and monitor progress toward functional goals. You will work collaboratively with patients, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and establish individualized plans of care. Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, gait training, and other appropriate interventions. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as clinically indicated. Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, safety, mobility, and injury prevention. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Communicate effectively with physicians and other members of the healthcare team. Promote a positive, respectful, and supportive patient experience. Maintain compliance with applicable clinical, regulatory, and organizational standards. Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program. Current California Physical Therapist license in good standing. Strong clinical assessment, treatment-planning, and documentation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based patient care.
