Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Valid Physical Therapist license in California. Previous experience working with children or within a school setting preferred. Strong communication abilities and collaborative approach. Ability to assess, develop, and implement appropriate therapeutic interventions. Reliable, organized, and self-motivated.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to students, aligned with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine each student's needs and progress. Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to establish and achieve therapy goals. Maintain accurate documentation and timely progress reports in accordance with educational requirements. Consult with school staff to support student participation in classroom and school activities. Uphold a supportive and positive environment for student growth.
