Summit Health Group is looking for a Physical Therapist interested in a flexible clinic space-sharing opportunity within our established healthcare practice in Thousand Oaks. This is an ideal opportunity for a PT who is looking to operate their own practice/patient caseload while also having the opportunity to provide physical therapy services to Summit Health Group patients approximately 10-15 hours per week. Schedule:

Flexible; approximately 10-15 hours per week dedicated to Summit Health Group patients, with additional availability for your own patients.
