Ability PT is looking for a skilled, friendly, evidence based therapist to join our fun and active team in beautiful Boulder County, Colorado. We perform 1x1 treatment sessions for 40 minutes with each patient to allow for optimal patient outcomes and patient satisfaction. We strive for excellent patient care and customer service, and are one of the top physical therapy companies in the region. We are an outpatient, orthopedic, family owned private practice office but looking to hire someone who already does pelvic floor PT or would like to learn and become a pelvic PT (caseload could be some or all PF...up to you!). This position is in Lafayette, however, we have 4 other locations that we may have availability for as well. Responsibilities
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients based on their individual needs and treatment plans.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine patients' progress and adjust therapy as necessary.
  • Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
  • Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately and timely.
  • Stay updated on the latest research and techniques in physical therapy to enhance patient outcomes. Qualifications
  • Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
  • Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist (or actively applying for license)
  • Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
  • Interest in or experience in pelvic health
