Qualifications & Experience:

Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Connecticut required Experience in a school-based setting or with pediatric populations preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills for working alongside educators, families, and other therapists Ability to organize and manage a full-time caseload across two school locations Commitment to evidence-based practice and individualized care planning Flexibility and strong time management, ideally with comfort adapting to varying school routines

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver physical therapy assessments and interventions for students as outlined in their IEPs Develop and implement goal-oriented treatment plans that target each student's unique needs Participate actively in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations to educational teams Document all services, progress, and outcomes in accordance with district and professional standards Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate therapy strategies into students' daily activities Arrange schedules to efficiently cover both school locations during the week This role offers an enriching opportunity to provide direct services to students who benefit most from your clinical skills and compassion.
