Full Job Description Overview:

30-Minute Visits. No Double-Booking. This Is What Outpatient PT Should Feel Like. Full-Time Physical Therapist | Clermont, FL | $75,000

• 90,000 + Sign-On Bonus If you've ever finished a shift wondering where the actual "therapy" went
• buried under double-booked patients and back-to-back check-ins

You'll still have a full schedule and a real expectation to treat patients well; you just won't be splitting your attention between two people at once to get there. At Hohman Rehab & Sports Therapy, you get a full 30 minutes with every patient (45 for evals), no rehab techs splitting your caseload, and the time to actually use your clinical judgment. The Job Schedule:

Full-time, Monday-Friday. Clinic hours run 7-4 some days and 9-6 others (our current need is Tues/Thurs 9-6 and Mon/Wed/Fri 8-5)

Caseload model:

30-minute treatment visits, 45-minute evals. New grads get 60-minute evals and 40-minute treatments while you build confidence. No rehab techs

• this is your patient, start to finish.

Compensation:

$75,000

• 90,000 base, plus a sign-on bonus.

Location:
