We are a pediatric therapy daycare dedicated to delivering high-quality, individualized care to children and their families. Through a multidisciplinary approach that includes Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Feeding Therapy , we support children in reaching meaningful developmental milestones in a nurturing and engaging environment. Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering high-quality care across various settings, including outpatient, home health, schools, and daycare environments. This role focuses on promoting mobility, improving functional independence, and enhancing overall quality of life for diverse patient populations, including pediatrics, orthopedics, and those requiring rehabilitative care. Duties Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to assess physical function, mobility limitations, and therapeutic needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals. Deliver therapeutic interventions, including exercises, manual therapy techniques, and functional training to improve strength, coordination, and mobility. Supervise and collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and other support staff to ensure effective care delivery. Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with established protocols. Maintain a safe and compliant treatment environment, adhering to all regulatory, safety, and infection control standards. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Florida. Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (DPT preferred). Experience in pediatric therapy strongly preferred. Familiarity with outpatient, home health, school-based, or daycare settings is a plus. Strong clinical reasoning skills and ability to develop effective, individualized care plans. Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of care in dynamic environments.
