$88,000•95,000 per year Physical Therapist Opportunity•Brand-New Clinic We are opening a brand-new outpatient physical therapy clinic in North Miami Beach, Florida , and are seeking a motivated, compassionate, and patient-focused Physical Therapist (PT) to join our founding clinical team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Physical Therapist to help build a new clinic from the ground up , establish a strong patient-centered culture, and grow professionally as the practice expands. We welcome both experienced Physical Therapists and new graduates who are looking for a supportive environment with opportunities for mentorship, continuing education, and career advancement. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments . Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, diagnoses, functional limitations, and goals. Provide evidence-based outpatient physical therapy services. Treat orthopedic, musculoskeletal, post-surgical, balance, and functional mobility conditions. Provide therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, manual therapy, and other appropriate physical therapy interventions. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed. Educate patients on their diagnosis, treatment plan, home exercise program, injury prevention, and wellness. Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation . Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, caregivers, and the clinical team. Provide excellent patient care and contribute to strong patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes. Participate in establishing clinic processes, workflows, and standards as the practice grows. Contribute to a positive, professional, and collaborative clinic environment. Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited physical therapy program. Florida Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain Florida licensure. Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred but not required . New graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and patient-education abilities. Reliable, professional, and team-oriented.
