Job Description
Job Summary Valdosta Orthopedic Associates is searching for a full time Physical Therapist who is focused on quality patient care, superior outcomes and enjoy being a part of a collaborative team. Responsibilities and Duties Dedicated to achieving the highest quality of care optimizing superior clinical outcomes. Provide direct patient care, evaluate patient's case history, functional capabilities, limitations and restrictions to determine the patients' potential for rehabilitation. Establish and administer treatment programs with specific goals defined by the patient's capacity and tolerance and in accordance with physician orders. Educate patient, document and record the patient's condition and provide continuing updates on patient condition. Examine each individual and develop a plan using treatment techniques to promote the ability to move, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability Comply with both federal and state guidelines, including all licensing requirements Qualifications and Skills Experience in orthopedic and manual therapy skills Experience in dry needling Current License in the State of Georgia Must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program Current CPR certification
