Qualifications:

Masters degree in Physical Therapy is required Pediatric experience or interest in working within school settings Appropriate state licensure (or eligibility) for practicing as a PT Strong collaboration and communication skills for working alongside educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams Adaptability and a proactive approach to addressing each students unique needs

Key Responsibilities:

Provide physical therapy services to a diverse caseload of students, supporting their access to the educational environment Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals in coordination with IEP teams Record and track student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success Participate in school meetings, assessments, and community education when needed Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with state and district guidelines
