We are looking for a clinician who wants to provide excellent care in a professional, supportive environment where patient outcomes—not rushed volume—come first. Our model is different from clinics where therapists are expected to supervise multiple patients while techs carry much of the visit. Here, you will see patients one-on-one every 40 minutes , giving you the time to deliver focused care, build trust, and make a real clinical difference. Responsibilities Evaluate and treat outpatient orthopedic patients Create and progress individualized treatment plans Provide one-on-one treatment and patient education through HEP and RTM Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Communicate with physicians, referral sources, patients, and team members Contribute to a dependable, positive, and patient-centered clinic culture Qualifications Current Idaho Physical Therapist license, or eligibility to obtain one Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred Strong communication skills and patient-first clinical approach Ability to independently manage a full-time caseload New graduates welcome to apply Compensation and benefits Guaranteed base salary for the first 90-180 days during onboarding, then transition to a performance-based model, based on experience and qualifications. Typical full-time schedule of 10-12 patient visits per day Anticipated annual visit-pay earnings of approximately $78,000-$109,200 Employer-paid medical insurance at full-time Employer-paid dental insurance at full-time Six paid holidays annually plus one day off during the month of your birthday PTO begins at two weeks and grows to a maximum of three weeks with tenure $1200 CE allowance and License reimbursement
