- $40•$49.

Team at Putnam County Hospital in Greencastle, IN , where you'll provide primarily outpatient orthopedic care in a patient-centered environment, with occasional swing-bed hospital patients. You'll work with a collaborative therapy team, treat a diverse orthopedic caseload, and have the opportunity to use hands-on manual therapy and evidence-based treatment techniques. What You'll Do As a Physical Therapist, you'll: Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver outcome-driven physical therapy services Provide hands-on and manual therapy when appropriate Apply evidence-based treatment techniques Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home programs Document patient progress accurately and on time Collaborate with other members of the rehabilitation and healthcare team Maintain a positive, patient-focused environment What We're Looking For Required Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program Current Indiana Physical Therapy license or eligibility for Indiana licensure Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association Strong communication skills Commitment to patient-centered care Preferred 1+ year of outpatient physical therapy experience Strong orthopedic experience Manual therapy experience New graduates with strong orthopedic clinical rotations are encouraged to apply The Right Fit We're looking for a Physical Therapist who enjoys working directly with patients, values one-on-one care, and wants to continue developing clinically.
