In this outpatient role, you will provide evaluation and treatment services to a wide range of patients, including those with orthopedic injuries, post-operative conditions, sports-related issues, chronic pain, and general mobility impairments. A typical day includes conducting thorough assessments, developing and updating individualized treatment plans, delivering hands-on interventions and therapeutic exercise programs, and educating patients and families on home programs and injury prevention. You will collaborate closely with referring providers and other rehabilitation professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality care. Patient volumes are structured to support focused, one-on-one attention and progressive functional improvement, with scheduling designed to allow for both productivity and thorough documentation. You will work in a modern outpatient environment with access to therapeutic equipment and technology that support evidence-based interventions and patient engagement. Shifts generally follow daytime and early evening hours on weekdays, with potential for flexible scheduling depending on patient needs and clinic operations.
