Job Description
Part-Time Physical Therapist | Approximately 8-12 Hours/Week | Growth Potential We are seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist to provide 1-on-1 outpatient care primarily within a senior living community in Millis, MA . This position currently offers approximately 8-12 hours per week , with an established patient caseload and the opportunity for additional hours as the community-based caseload grows. Per-unit compensation equivalent to $55 for a typical 1-hour treatment session Primary location: Millis, MA Approximately 8-12 hours/week to start with potential to grow No weekends This is not traditional home health . Care is delivered within senior living communities, allowing you to treat multiple patients in one location without driving between individual homes. The primary focus of this position is the Millis community. As the caseload develops, there may also be opportunities to provide occasional coverage at the nearby Natick community when additional clinical coverage is needed. What You'll Do Provide 1-on-1 outpatient physical therapy treatments within senior living communities Complete physical therapy evaluations and establish individualized plans of care Reassess patients and update treatment plans as clinically appropriate Communicate with patients, families, and the care team Complete documentation using a streamlined EMR system Build positive relationships with residents and community staff Contribute to the continued growth and integration of outpatient therapy services within the community Provide occasional coverage at our Natick location as needed and as mutually agreed upon You will begin with an existing patient caseload in Millis , allowing you to start treating patients immediately. As additional residents are referred for therapy, there is an opportunity to increase your weekly hours and grow your caseload.
