Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient Rehabilitation Amergis Healthcare Staffing is partnering with a well-respected nonprofit senior living and rehabilitation organization in Needham, MA to hire a Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time outpatient rehabilitation opportunity. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced therapist seeking a stable position with a collaborative interdisciplinary team, competitive compensation, and a consistent Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends or holidays required.

Compensation Contract Rate:
$63/hour
Permanent Rate:
$52-$55/hour (based on experience) Position Summary The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing skilled therapeutic interventions. The PT will work collaboratively with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to deliver high-quality patient care while supporting patient independence, mobility, and overall wellness.
