Salary is $65k to $80k based on experience! Student debt repayment and sign on bonus available! Pediatric Physical Therapist - Join our Interdisciplinary, Collaborative, Child-Centered Team! Saco Bay Kids is an interdisciplinary team of experienced professionals including occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech therapists, feeding therapists, pelvic floor therapists and patient service specialists. Our pediatric outpatient clinic in Saco is seeking a dedicated clinician to join our dynamic and supportive team! We strive to create individualized care plans that empower children, make therapy fun and support families every step of the way. We work closely with our patients and their families in order to help kids achieve their goals!What Makes This Opportunity Special:

Treat a wide range of pediatric diagnoses, helping you grow your clinical skills and expertise including but not limited to torticollis, plagiocephaly, global developmental delays, toe walking, gait abnormality, flat feet, in-toeing, hypotonia, etc. Additionally, help assist children receive equipment such as wheelchairs, gait trainers, standers, car seats, etc.Supportive Environment:

Understand appropriate state Practice Act and adhere to the laws that govern how PTs may practice and whom they may supervise.Collaborative Approach:
Develop objective patient goals and establish the type, frequency, and duration of physical therapy in collaboration with the referring physician.Leadership:
Supervise and delegate physical therapy care for each patient within the guidelines of state rules and federal regulations.Personalized Treatment:
Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment programs and complete patient care responsibilities and documentation requirements.Innovative Opportunities:
