Job Description

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Active State Physical Therapist License (sanctioned by the State Board of Physical Therapy) Prior experience working in schools or with pediatric populations is highly valued, though not mandatory Strong communication and teamwork skills to interact effectively with colleagues, students, and families Committed to ongoing professional growth and adhering to state and federal regulations
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students needing physical therapy services Work alongside teachers and special education teams to support classroom participation and mobility goals Deliver direct and consultative therapy to help students achieve optimal educational access Document progress and maintain accurate, confidential records in compliance with school, state, and federal guidelines Educate school staff and caregivers on techniques and strategies to support student development Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams Enjoy an array of benefits, including support from a dedicated recruiter, weekly pay, paid training and professional development, and reimbursement for credentialing.
