e2136-59634 Job Description Step into a fulfilling full-time, on-site role supporting pediatric students as a Physical Therapist in a welcoming school environment. This opportunity is ideal for professionals eager to contribute their expertise to a district near Clancy, MT. Qualifications:
Masters degree in Physical Therapy is required Valid PT license for the state of Montana (or eligibility to obtain) Previous experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in school settings Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and school staff Ability to adapt therapeutic strategies to support diverse student needs Commitment to ongoing professional development and best practices
Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive assessments to determine each students physical therapy needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with educational goals Deliver direct therapy services to students according to IEP requirements Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure integrated support Maintain clear documentation in compliance with all guidelines and regulations Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions Educate staff and caregivers on safe and effective physical interventions
