The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills with comprehensive outpatient knowledge. This role requires a strong foundation in physical therapy principles, anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to develop and implement effective care plans tailored to diverse outpatient populations and those recovering from acute care or surgery. Responsibilities Assess patient conditions through detailed evaluations of movement, strength, and functional abilities Develop personalized care plans based on patient needs and treatment goals Administer treatments such as manual therapy, dry needling, orthopedics interventions, and other modalities Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly Educate patients and their families on exercises, mobility techniques, and injury prevention strategies Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate discharge planning and transition of care Document patient interactions accurately using EMR systems in compliance with healthcare regulations Is current with physical therapy practices and participate in ongoing professional development Mentorship and collaboration with other therapists will be provided.
