Full Job Description Total Compensation:

$85k-$120k Join a well-established, physician-led specialty practice with decades of trusted care in Central New Jersey! We're hiring a Physical Therapist to help patients recover, move better, and get back to the lives they love, in a setting known for putting patients first.

What You'll Do:

Evaluate patients' physical abilities and limitations through thorough assessments Build personalized treatment plans around each patient's needs and goals Guide patients and families through home exercise programs and recovery education Use therapeutic exercise and modalities to support healing and mobility Track progress and adjust care plans as patients improve Work side by side with orthopedic surgeons, sports medicine, pain management, and podiatry specialists Keep clear, accurate, up-to-date documentation

What You'll Bring:

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program (MS/MA PT also considered) Active NJ PT license Strong knowledge of PT techniques and modalities Excellent communication and a compassionate, patient-centered approach Team-oriented mindset with solid organizational and time management skills
