What You'll Do:

Provide high-quality, one-on-one outpatient PT treatments to adult and geriatric populations in private homes and senior living communities. Complete standard outpatient clinical documentation efficiently. Set your own flexible availability—we match you with patients strictly within your local geographic pod. Establish a highly manageable minimum of just 2 active patients (roughly 3-4 flexible treatment hours per week) to maintain seamless care continuity.
