Staff Physical Therapist — Full-Time Salaried Practically Perfect Physical Therapy (Galloway, NJ) is looking for a full-time Staff Physical Therapist to join our team! We are an independently owned outpatient physical therapy practice built around a simple idea: therapists should have the time, autonomy, and support they need to provide excellent patient care. At PPPT, we don't believe in rushing patients through treatment, juggling multiple people at once, or practicing based on productivity numbers alone. Our patients receive individualized care in private treatment spaces, and our therapists have the opportunity to actually get to know the people they treat. Our practice serves a diverse patient population across the lifespan. Depending on your interests and experience, your caseload may include: Orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions Pelvic floor therapy Pregnancy and postpartum rehabilitation Pediatric physical therapy Vestibular and balance rehabilitation Neurological conditions TMJ and headache treatment Concussion rehabilitation Older adult and fall-prevention care Dry needling, when appropriately trained You do not need to specialize in pelvic floor therapy to work here. We will happily help train the interested right candidate on caring for our pelvic floor populations! We welcome therapists with strong orthopedic, pediatric, neurological, vestibular, pelvic health, or other outpatient interests. We especially value clinicians who are excited to develop their skills. Our clinic is intentionally designed to support both patients and therapists.
