In-Home Services Patient Population:
Children Ages 0-3 We are looking for a fully licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide in-home Early Intervention services to children ages 0-3 throughout Paterson and surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist looking for control over their schedule and caseload. You decide how many cases you would like to accept and coordinate your visits based on your availability and the family's schedule. Responsibilities Provide developmentally appropriate physical therapy services to children ages 0-3 Address mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and gross motor development Establish individualized therapy goals Work directly with parents and caregivers to support progress at home Provide 45-minute active therapy sessions with 15 minutes allocated for documentation and goals Maintain timely documentation using our easy-to-learn system
