Based near Gowanda, NY, this full-time position runs weekdays from 7:30 AM to 3:15 PM. While the primary caseload is elementary, you'll also serve a handful of students at nearby middle and high schools—just a mile apart, ensuring minimal travel during your day.

Desired Qualifications:

Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist in New York State Experience providing PT services within K-12 schools, especially elementary level Comfortable managing a diverse caseload and tailoring interventions to a range of abilities Strong communication skills for collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Ability to document services clearly and efficiently Familiarity with IEPs, assessments, and school-based therapy goals

Key Responsibilities:
