As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional physical therapy services to help patients improve their mobility, reduce pain, and enhance their overall quality of life. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions to develop personalized treatment plans. Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions aimed at pain management, mobility enhancement, and functional recovery. Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to ensure optimal outcomes. Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, proper exercise techniques, and ongoing self-care strategies. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care plans and ensure comprehensive patient support. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards and facility policies. Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices through continuing education and professional development. Prior experience in outpatient physical therapy settings is preferred but not mandatory; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
