Job Description
Immediate contract opportunity for Physical Therapist (PT) with our facility in Riverhead, NY.
Pay Rate:
$60/hrWork Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm or 9:30am- 5:30pmFlexible Schedule Available Contract Details:
Start Date:
ASAP End Date:
2 to 3 months (with possible extension and/or contract to hire opportunity)Responsibilities:
Evaluation and treatment of patients with orthopedic, neurological and general medical conditions Monitor patient response to treatment and collaborate with members of the rehab/interdisciplinary team Complete written documentation and participate in team meetings Provide patient and caregiver educationQualifications:
Will consider new graduates with clinical experience in acute or long-term care Must have a current NYS Physical Therapist license Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with electronic documentation, Sigma/Rehab Optima a plus!Benefits:
