Duties Assess patients' physical conditions by reviewing medical histories and conducting comprehensive evaluations of mobility, strength, and function Develop and implement tailored treatment plans using evidence-based physiotherapy techniques such as trigger point therapy, orthopedics, neurology, pediatrics, and geriatrics Perform therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, exercise programs, and modalities to promote healing and improve patient outcomes Coordinate discharge planning and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions across inpatient, outpatient, and community settings Maintain accurate clinical documentation adhering to standards for electronic health records (EHR) management and medical terminology accuracy Educate patients and their families on treatment procedures, home exercises, and community resources to support ongoing recovery Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as needed to maximize rehabilitation success Experience Proven practice experience in a physical therapy role within outpatient clinics or hospital settings with exposure to inpatient and acute care environments Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy practices across diverse patient populations including geriatrics, pediatrics, orthopedics, and neurology Hands-on experience with outpatient rehabilitation center operations and home health care services Familiarity with clinical documentation standards and electronic health records (EHR) or electronic medical records (EMR) systems for accurate patient care documentation Demonstrated ability to develop effective treatment plans through collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare teams Experience working with geriatric patients in community or hospital settings is highly desirable Excellent client communication skills with the ability to motivate patients through personalized care plans Embark on a rewarding career where your expertise directly improves lives!
