This is an excellent opportunity to help build and grow a dedicated lymphedema program while working in a supportive, patient-centered environment. Position Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients with lymphedema and related swelling disorders Develop individualized treatment plans Perform Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT), including manual lymphatic drainage, compression bandaging, exercise instruction, and patient education Measure patients for compression garments and assist with garment selection Document patient care accurately and efficiently Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to optimize patient outcomes Qualifications Current Ohio license as a Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) credential from an accredited training program Excellent communication and patient-care skills Experience treating lymphedema patients preferred but not required What We Offer Flexible part-time schedule Competitive compensation Modern outpatient medical setting Opportunity to help establish and expand a growing lymphedema service Supportive team environment focused on high-quality patient care
