Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a dedicated Physical Therapist, where your expertise will transform patient recovery and improve quality of life. In this vital role, you will develop personalized treatment plans, deliver exceptional patient care, and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals. Your passion for physiotherapy and commitment to patient rehabilitation will drive positive outcomes across diverse clinical settings, including outpatient clinics, hospitals, and home health environments. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives while advancing your professional skills. We are an in-house therapy team, with flexible schedules, and no traveling between buildings required. Duties Assess patients' physical conditions through thorough evaluations, including physiology and anatomy knowledge, to determine appropriate treatment strategies Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to patient needs, focusing on recovery goals for orthopedics, neurology, pediatrics, geriatrics, and other specialties Deliver hands-on therapy techniques such as trigger point therapy, mobility exercises, and functional training to promote optimal rehabilitation outcomes Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans accordingly to ensure continuous improvement and recovery milestones are met Document all clinical interactions accurately in electronic health records (EHR) systems in compliance with clinical documentation standards Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive patient care and discharge planning Educate patients and their families on physiotherapy exercises, home care routines, and community resources to support ongoing recovery outside clinical settings Experience Proven experience practicing in a physical therapy role within outpatient clinics or inpatient hospital environments Demonstrated expertise in discharge planning and working with geriatric patients across home health or community care settings Hands-on experience with outpatient rehabilitation centers or outpatient clinics specializing in orthopedics or neurology Familiarity with clinical documentation standards and EMR (Electronic Medical Records) management systems such as EMR or EHR platforms Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to physiotherapy, anatomy, physiology, and common treatment modalities Experience working with pediatric populations or in pediatric outpatient settings is highly desirable Ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations while maintaining compassionate client engagement Join us in delivering exceptional physiotherapy services that empower patients on their journey toward recovery.
