Why This Role Stands Out Small clinic environment - no factory-style care Predictable patient population (City of Springfield, and Springfield School District employees) Manageable caseloads with time to treat, educate, and connect High autonomy with strong team support Injury prevention & wellness focus —not just reactive care Ideal for PTs seeking better work-life balance What You'll Do Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and movement-related conditions Design and implement individualized treatment plans Use evidence-based interventions to reduce pain and restore function Reassess progress and modify plans to meet patient goals Educate patients on injury prevention, ergonomics, and long-term wellness Develop discharge plans that support sustained recovery Document care accurately and efficiently Collaborate with physicians, referral partners, and internal team members Participate in injury prevention screenings, functional testing, and workplace programs Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance What We're Looking For Current Oregon Physical Therapist license (required) Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred (but we'll talk to the right candidate) Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Comfortable working independently in a small-clinic setting Patient-focused, adaptable, and collaborative Bonus Points If You're Looking For A break from productivity pressure A role where your expertise is trusted Long-term relationships instead of constant turnover A clinic that values your time and wellbeing Education & Licensure Oregon Physical Therapist license required Certificate to practice without referral preferred For more information about Cascade Health and our application process, please visit www.cascadehealth.org.
