Job Description

Are you a Physical Therapist who's driven by real progress, not just paperwork? Position Summary Kadima Healthcare Rehabilitation and Nursing (Cheswick) is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team. Reporting to the director of rehabilitation, the PT is responsible for evaluating patients, identifying movement dysfunctions, and developing individualized treatment plans that support recovery, mobility, and functional independence. Please note that this position may be filled at a full-time, part-time, or per diem status. Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients by reviewing medical history, referrals, and conducting physical assessments Identify movement dysfunction through observation and clinical assessment Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals Provide hands-on therapy and guide patients through therapeutic exercises and mobility training Utilize therapeutic techniques such as manual therapy and other interventions to reduce pain and improve function Monitor, document, and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress Educate patients and families on recovery expectations and home exercise programs Qualifications Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) Active Pennsylvania license (or eligibility) Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings preferred, but not required Commitment to patient-centered care and interdisciplinary teamwork What We Offer Same day pay Supportive team environment Opportunity for growth within the Kadima organization Comprehensive benefits package (for eligible employees) Why Kadima?
