The role is set for an immediate start, running through June 17, 2027, with summer assignments and confirmation for the full 2026-2027 school yearincluding extended school year programs.

Key Qualifications:

Current and valid Pennsylvania Physical Therapist (PA PT) license Experience providing physical therapy services in school or pediatric settings Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with educators, students, and families Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans to optimize student success and mobility

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver direct and consultative physical therapy services for K-8 students to enhance access to educational opportunities and foster physical development Maintain accurate, detailed documentation and progress reports in compliance with required standards Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Conduct student assessments and adapt interventions throughout the school year and into summer programming Promote an inclusive, supportive environment where students achieve their fullest potential This position involves working 16.5 hours per week, typically over two days, with hours from 7:30 am to 3:45 pm, allowing for meaningful work-life balance.
