What were looking for:

School-based experience supporting students behavioral and psychosocial needs Active MSW license in Pennsylvania Compliance with Pennsylvania Department of Education guidelines: Either hold a valid, active PA School Social Worker Educational Specialist certificate Or possess an LSW or LCSW and be enrolled in a PDE-approved social worker program Ability to secure all necessary Pennsylvania clearances prior to your start date Commitment to clearly disclose your current or previous district association before interviewing Comfort and effectiveness working within diverse, urban communities Availability to start as soon as possible and commit through June 10, 2027 Willingness to participate in a Zoom interview and work fully onsite Your impact: Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to address barriers to learning Provide individual and group counseling to support students academic and personal success Design and implement crisis intervention and behavioral strategies Advocate for students needs and connect families with valuable resources in the community Maintain thorough and confidential documentation as required Step up to a role where youll make real connections and lasting change.
