Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapy (PT) license required Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting strongly preferred Solid understanding of IEP processes and documentation Ability to effectively manage a full-time K-12 caseload Strong communication and interpersonal skills when collaborating with students, families, and school staff Adaptability to varied student needs and classroom environments

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver direct physical therapy services to students across K-12 grades, supporting a range of physical and developmental needs Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and document services to meet IEP requirements Collaborate with educators, families, and other school professionals to facilitate student access and participation in educational environments Provide consultative support to classroom teachers, recommending adaptive physical activities and accommodations Track progress, modify interventions as necessary, and actively participate in IEP meetings Maintain thorough and timely records in compliance with school and state guidelines This full-time contract role provides an excellent opportunity to expand your professional expertise in a dynamic, supportive school setting.
