Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient Orthopedic & Rehab Clinic Burleson, TX Full-Time | Flexible Schedule (4 x 10-hour days available) Part time opportunities available as well Make a Difference. RESPONSIBILITIS
As a Physical Therapist, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with your patients while helping them restore mobility, reduce pain, and achieve their functional goals. Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Deliver evidence-based outpatient rehabilitation services tailored to each patient's needs. Educate patients and caregivers on recovery, injury prevention, and home exercise programs. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to maximize outcomes. Maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic medical records (EMR). Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary care team to provide exceptional patient care. Ensure compliance with all professional, regulatory, and licensing standards. Required Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program. Current Texas Physical Therapist license, or eligibility to obtain licensure. New graduates with pending licensure or those scheduled to take the NPTE within the next six months are encouraged to apply. Why Join this outpatient rehab clinic's Team?
