Job Description

Licensed Pediatric Physical Therapist - In-Home Care We are a private family seeking a licensed Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) to provide in-home physical therapy for our 1-year-old child . We are looking for a caring, patient, and reliable therapist who has experience working with infants and toddlers and can provide individualized therapy in a comfortable home environment. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one physical therapy sessions in our home. Assess and work on age-appropriate gross motor skills, mobility, balance, coordination, strength, and overall physical development. Create and implement an individualized therapy plan based on our child's needs. Provide parents with guidance and appropriate exercises or activities to continue between sessions. Monitor progress and communicate regularly with the family. Maintain appropriate professional documentation. Qualifications Spanish speaking Current and active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Texas. Pediatric physical therapy experience required. Experience working with infants and toddlers strongly preferred. Experience providing in-home therapy is a plus. Reliable, compassionate, patient, and comfortable working directly with parents. Professional references required. Ability to pass a background check, if applicable. Schedule We are looking for approximately once a week , with each session lasting approximately 1 hour . Schedule can be discussed based on availability and the therapist's recommendations. Compensation $ per hour/session , depending on experience and qualifications.
