1 Description American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an Inpatient Rehabilitation unit, requiring 1+ year of experience and an active PT license. Details Inpatient Rehabilitation Therapy unit Day shift, Monday-Friday, 8a-4:30p, 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week Weekend coverage as needed with advanced notice No on-call requirements Epic EMR used for charting Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in Inpatient Rehabilitation required Previous IRF experience highly recommended State PT license required if applicable, or license from a participating state in the PT Compact BLS certification required (AHA, not expiring prior to start) QI credentialing preferred Epic EMR experience preferred Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills required Additional Information Responsible for patient evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation in accordance with regulatory and facility standards Supervises physical therapy assistants, aides, office staff, and students Communicates with patients, families, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff regarding patient care and goals Participates in continuing education and quality improvement initiatives, including equipment operation and clinical outcome tracking May assist with department operations such as scheduling, mentoring, and supply management Returning Intermountain employees must be separated from any Intermountain facility for at least one year before being eligible for a travel assignment
