Position Overview Reliant Rehab Services LLC is seeking a dedicated Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team in Dulles, Virginia. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive rehabilitation center where you will utilize your skills and passion to help patients regain their mobility and improve their quality of life. Work Environment Our rehabilitation center in Dulles provides an energetic and motivating work setting focused on teamwork and professional growth. Here, you will be part of a dynamic environment where interdisciplinary collaboration is encouraged, and positivity is a core value. You will work 40 hours a week from Monday to Friday, allowing for a balanced workweek that promotes both personal and professional fulfillment. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, developing individualized treatment plans aimed at achieving their rehabilitative goals. Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions that address patients' orthopedic conditions, utilizing research-driven methodologies to ensure effectiveness. Deliver outstanding customer service by fostering therapeutic relationships with patients, ensuring their comfort and support throughout their recovery journey. Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, sharing insights and strategies to maximize patient outcomes and enhance overall care delivery. Provide education and training for patients and their caregivers, equipping them with tools and techniques to continue their recovery outside of therapy sessions. Monitor and manage progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to align with physician plans of care and patient needs. Achieve minimum utilization goals and support business objectives for the rehabilitation center. Patient Population / Client Focus You will primarily work with orthopedic patients but will also have the diverse opportunity to treat pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases. Each patient presents unique challenges and goals, allowing you to apply a wide range of treatment techniques, tailoring your approach based on individual needs. Your role will significantly contribute to their recovery, helping them navigate the complexities of injuries while restoring their functional abilities. Qualifications Graduation from an APTA or CAPTE-approved physical therapy program. Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred. Current state license in Physical Therapy in Virginia. Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association is required. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in word processing and familiarity with electronic health records is beneficial. A strong ability to build rapport with patients is essential to exceed their functional goals. Preferred Experience Experience in orthopedic physical therapy is highly valued. Prior work with diverse patient populations, including pediatric and sports medicine, is advantageous. Experience with evidence-based practice methodologies will enhance clinical effectiveness. Compensation and Benefits The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from
USD 100,000
to 120,000, complemented by a performance-based incentive structure.
