About Us Great Falls Physical Therapy (GFPT) is a boutique outpatient physical therapy practice serving the Great Falls community and broader NOVA region. We provide individualized orthopedic rehabilitation and return-to-sport care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. We are currently staffing our practice at Great Falls Movement Center (GFMC) as well as a new sports-centered location planned to open in 2027. The Physical Therapist hired for this position will have the opportunity to work at both locations, supporting a diverse caseload that includes orthopedic, active-adult, athletic, and return-to-sport patients. Our new sports-centered location will expand GFPT's ability to provide sports rehabilitation, injury prevention, performance-focused care, and return-to-sport programming for athletes and active individuals. At GFPT, we value quality over quantity. All appointments are scheduled for one hour and provided one-on-one directly by a licensed Physical Therapist. Our therapists typically treat six to seven patients per day, with one hour reserved for lunch. Treatment plans are tailored to each patient's individual needs and guided by current evidence-based practices. A multidisciplinary wellness environment that brings together physical therapy, Pilates, personal training, and restorative wellness services
New Sports Center:
A sports-centered location scheduled to open in 2027, with an emphasis on orthopedic rehabilitation, athletic performance, injury prevention, and return-to-sport care Scheduling and time at each location will be coordinated based on clinic needs, patient demand, and the therapist's interests and experience.
