Work Environment This position is based onsite at our outpatient office in the vibrant city of Manassas, Virginia. Our clinic is equipped with advanced therapy equipment and technology designed to create an optimal environment for rehabilitation. Our 40-hour work week spans Monday through Friday, giving you the opportunity to engage fully with your patients during weekdays. You will be supported by a collaborative team of healthcare professionals, all working under our core value of patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions for patients referred by physicians. Utilize advanced therapeutic techniques and modalities tailored to the individual needs of orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine patients. Deliver exceptional customer service, enhancing patient experience and contributing to a cohesive team environment. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maximize patient care outcomes using evidence-based treatment protocols. Provide skilled care in a way that aligns with the physician's directives, ensuring the rehabilitation objectives are met effectively. Educate and empower patients and their caregivers, supplying them with the tools and knowledge necessary for ongoing recovery. Meet and aim to exceed minimum utilization and productivity goals while maintaining a high standard of care. Patient Population / Client Focus Your work will primarily involve treating a diverse patient population, with a strong emphasis on orthopedic rehabilitation. This includes providing care to individuals recovering from sports injuries, surgical interventions, and various musculoskeletal conditions. Your ability to establish rapport and develop individualized treatment approaches will be crucial in helping patients regain their functional abilities and lead active lives. Qualifications A graduate of an APTA or CAPTE-approved physical therapy program. A current Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Active State License in Physical Therapy. Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in computer and word processing skills to maintain documentation and patient records. A genuine interest in building relationships with patients to help them achieve their goals. Preferred Experience While we welcome newly licensed physical therapists, candidates with experience in orthopedic rehabilitation and a demonstrable track record of implementing innovative treatment strategies will be given preference. A history of active involvement in community engagement will also be beneficial in this role, as we value connection with the communities we serve. Compensation and Benefits The salary for this position ranges from

USD 100,000
