Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team at Reliant Rehab Services LLC in Manassas, Virginia. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for patients referred by physicians, effectively identifying their needs and goals. Design and implement individualized treatment plans that utilize current best practices and are tailored to each patient's unique circumstances. Administer treatments utilizing various therapeutic modalities and techniques, ensuring that all interventions align with the physician's prescribed plan of care. Engage in regular consultation and education of patients and caregivers, empowering them with knowledge and skills to support their recovery. Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes while meeting established utilization metrics. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to enhance the quality of care provided, maximizing treatment effectiveness and patient satisfaction. Exemplify excellent customer service in all interactions, maintaining a compassionate and respectful approach to patient care. Patient Population / Client Focus This position focuses primarily on treating orthopedic patients, including those recovering from surgery, injuries, or chronic pain conditions. You will also have opportunities to work with diverse patient groups, such as pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine clients. Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or an equivalent qualification from a program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) or Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE). Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Virginia. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification recognized by the American Heart Association. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to facilitate effective interactions with patients and the healthcare team. Proficiency in computerized documentation and utilization of electronic health records. Preferred Experience While a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred, candidates with a Bachelor's degree who possess relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Compensation and Benefits This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging fromUSD 100,000
