Job Description

Description Kadlec is offering a $3,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment. Under the general direction of department leadership, a Journey Physical Therapist provides specific treatment programs for patients according to the principles and practices of physical therapy and as prescribed by a physician (when required) and performs related duties as assigned.

Shifts Available:
Full-time, 40 hours weekly, Day shift. Part-time, 30 hours weekly, Day shift.
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Graduation from a physical therapy program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association.
upon hire:
Washington Physical Therapist License.
upon hire:
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association. Minimum experience is obtained as part of the accredited physical therapy program as an intern.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's Degree in Graduation from a physical therapy program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association. Or D.P.T. in Graduation from a physical therapy program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association. Or Experience in outpatient setting. Experience with orthopedics or sports injury rehabilitation. Experience with occupational medicine. Experience with Pediatrics Why Join Providence?
