We are looking for an independent, personable Physical Therapist who wants the freedom of running their own schedule without any of the financial risk or administrative headaches. How the

Zero Sales Pressure:
We give you a 3-month grace period to settle into the gym community, make friends, and build relationships naturally. After your first 3 months, our only baseline requirement is a highly achievable minimum of 6 patient sessions per month to keep your gym placement active.
Qualifications:
Valid Physical Therapist License in the state of Wisconsin. Strong background in orthopedics, sports medicine, or working with an active population. Outgoing, charismatic personality—comfortable striking up natural conversations on a gym floor. Self-motivated individual who thrives with total clinical and schedule autonomy.
