Job Description
The role of the Front Desk Receptionist will be as follow
- Welcome/greeting patients
- Call Doctor's office or insurance companies for patient authorization
- Registering/Scheduling patients
- Assisting Physical Therapist with towels and heat packs for patients
- Minimal housekeeping (ex: wiping down mats for patients, and emptying trash cans) Work experience as a front desk receptionist is not mandatory.
