Position Summary As a Physical Therapy Tech/Aide, you'll assist therapists in delivering excellent patient care while maintaining a clean, organized, and smoothly running clinic. This role includes helping patients with exercises, preparing treatment areas, and occasionally supporting front desk or clerical needs. You will gain valuable experience in both clinical and operational aspects of physical therapy. This position is a great fit for individuals planning to pursue a career in healthcare or anyone with hands-on experience and a passion for helping others heal. Key Responsibilities Assist patients during therapy sessions as directed by a licensed physical therapist Set up and maintain treatment areas, maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the clinic Support patient mobility and exercise routines under supervision Setting up patients with modalities to ensure safety and comfort Occasionally perform clerical duties such as answering phones, filing, or assisting with scheduling Help ensure a welcoming environment for patients and visitors Ensure compliance with Washington State healthcare regulations, patient confidentiality (HIPAA), and clinic policies. Qualifications Degree in a health-related field (kinesiology, exercise science, etc.) or High school diploma or GED with relevant experience in a physical therapy, rehab, fitness, or healthcare setting Familiarity with medical terminology related to physiotherapy, orthopedics, and geriatrics. Comfortable interacting with patients and working in a team environment Organized, reliable, and eager to learn Strong communication and basic computer skills Interest in pursuing a healthcare career is a plus, but not required Spanish-speaking is a bonus Why Join iCURE?
