We're looking for a part-time Physical Therapy Technician / Front Office Assistant to join our downtown clinic. This is a great entry-level position for someone who enjoys working with people, likes staying busy, and wants to learn more about physical therapy and healthcare. No physical therapy experience is required—we'll teach you what you need to know! You'll get a little bit of everything in this role. Some of your day will be spent helping our therapists and patients in the clinic, and some will be spent helping at the front desk and keeping the clinic running smoothly. What You'll Be Doing Welcome patients and help them feel comfortable from the moment they walk in. Assist Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants with patient care as directed. Prepare treatment areas and equipment for patients. Help patients safely move through the clinic and between activities. Keep treatment areas clean, organized, stocked, and ready to go. Help with basic front desk duties, including answering phones and greeting patients. Schedule appointments and help keep the daily patient schedule organized. Assist with patient records, filing, and other administrative tasks. Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality at all times. Pitch in wherever needed to help the clinic and your teammates have a great day. Learn! We expect you to ask questions, take direction, and become comfortable with the position during your first 90 days. You don't need healthcare experience to be successful in this position. This is an entry-level position, and previous healthcare experience is NOT required. Experience in physical therapy, healthcare, customer service, fitness, childcare, senior care, or a similar people-focused environment is a plus—but personality, reliability, and willingness to learn are just as important to us. You'll have the opportunity to work directly alongside Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants while learning how a healthcare clinic operates.
