Job Responsibilities:

Assist licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) in implementing personalized treatment plans Provide hands-on therapy to help residents improve mobility, strength, and coordination Educate residents and their families on continuing exercises and rehabilitation techniques Collaborate with nursing and therapy teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with state and facility guidelines

Qualifications:

Active California PTA license Strong clinical and communication skills A passion for helping patients recover and regain independence New graduates and experienced PTAs are encouraged to apply!
