Flexible Schedule Location:
San Diego County, South, Central and East County (La Mesa, El Cajon, Spring Valley, Lemon Grove)

Part-Time, or Per Diem•You Choose! We're looking for passionate Physical Therapists Assistants to join our growing home health team! We are a local therapist-owned Therapy Staffing Group that provides consultative and staffing services for Home Health Agencies in the region of San Diego County and Orange County.
What You'll Do:
Deliver 1:1 care to patients in their homes—no clinic walls, just real connection. Follow and assist with individualized therapy plans created by the supervising PT. Lead patients through therapeutic exercises and mobility activities. Track progress, document outcomes, and adjust care as needed. Educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and at-home programs. Collaborate with a friendly and skilled multidisciplinary team. Ensure a clean, safe, and professional home care environment.
What You Bring:
Licensed PTA CA (required) Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to care Home health experience is a plus, but not required Familiarity with orthopedic and/or geriatric populations a bonus Ability to work independently—and still be a team player Reliable transportation for home visits
