This building is home to a diverse group of long-term residents, cared for by seasoned staff with low staffing ratios, who are stewarded by a well-equipped clinical team and Administrator with years of experience in the geriatric field. What Sets Us Apart We are an in-house, close-knit therapy team who addresses patient needs and collaborates well with our IDT. Our team has a family feel and all members are appreciated, seen, and heard.
Pay Range:
$32-36 Looking for a PTA to join out In House Team! The primary purpose of this position is to plan, organize, develop, and direct our facility's Physical Therapy Services in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, regulations to assure that the highest degree of quality care can be always maintained.
PTA- Jobs and Responsibilities:
Treat patients according to the treatment plan of care developed by and under the supervision of the Licensed Physical Therapist. Communicate with the Physical Therapist any pertinent information concerning patient progress, concerns, and plans. Be proficient in therapeutic needs to treat patients based on their presentation and instructions given by the Physical Therapist Participate in patient Plan of care meetings if asked by the Director of Rehab. Record treatment notes, progress notes, provide objective input for discharge summaries and complete daily billing of services per policy and procedures.
